Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, it can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please provide documentation of the damage, such as photos, to expedite the process.

Non-Damaged Items

Items that are not picked up or are being returned for any reason other than damage within 30 days of receipt are eligible for a refund. However, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for all return freight costs associated with non-damaged items. Please ensure that items are securely packaged for return to avoid any damage during transit.
